Position: Expert Project Manager Spanish (Spain) - AI Training
Type: Contract
Compensation: $80/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Oct 23 to Nov 19
Commitment: 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Manage delivery for a team of senior domain experts in AI training and evaluation.
• Oversee throughput quality and expert performance for the Spanish (Spain) cohort.
• Coordinate across domains including finance consulting law medicine STEM and HR.
• Ensure quality control and review workflows are maintained.
• Achieve daily delivery targets while managing distributed teams.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 5 years running delivery programs in expert-data AI training or professional-services operations.
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
• Experience managing distributed teams of senior professionals.
