We are looking for an Operations Junior Analyst to join our Operations Team in Madrid.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical and data skills who wants to build a career in Operations and Transformation Area.
You will work closely with senior management and different areas of the business gaining exposure to operational analysis KPI monitoring process improvement and project management.

You will work closely with senior management and different areas of the business gaining exposure to operational analysis KPI monitoring process improvement and project management.
Main Responsibilities
- Support senior management in the supervision analysis review and transformation of operational procedures.
- Analyse KPIs and operational reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare presentations and analytical materials for different business areas and projects within the scope of the Operations Team.
- Liaise and coordinate with external parties suppliers and internal teams.
- Participate in project management initiatives in Spain.
What Were Looking For
- Excellent analytical presentation and communication skills.
- Up to 2 years of professional experience in highly analytical roles will be considered a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to take initiative.
- Previous experience in a Big Four firm or similar environment will be considered a plus.
- Strong interest in developing a career in Operations and Investment Management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL and experience working with queries will be considered a plus.
Education
- Bachelors degree from a leading university preferably in Economics or Business Administration and Management.
Languages
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
