THE JOURNEY
1. Forecast Execution & Monitoring
Own riders demand forecasts at city-hour level tracking forecast accuracy and continuously optimize performance.
Collaborate with local teams to collect insights and make decisions on application of them.
2. Data Tools & Process Improvement
Build dashboards and reporting tools to visualize key metrics and trends.
Simplify and automate forecasting processes collaborating with tech teams to implement scalable solutions.
3. Operational Insights & Recommendations
Translate forecasts into actionable recommendations for rider allocation operational planning and efficiency optimization.
Collaborate with local operations and other stakeholders to validate forecasts and identify proactive adjustments.
Analyze patterns trends and anomalies to improve resource planning and overall service performance.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Data Analytics Math Statistics Engineering or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in data analysis business intelligence or a similar analytical role preferably within the logistics e-commerce or gig economy sectors.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data accurately and extract actionable insights.
Proficiency in SQL Excel/Google Sheets
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Looker Studio).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
