About Wooptix

Wooptix is a semiconductor wafer metrology innovator that provides the fastest most accurate in-line measurements with the highest lateral resolution. Through its use of wavefront phase imaging (WFPI) a proprietary technique derived from research in adaptive optics its systems measure the shape uniformity nanotopography and roughness of the entire silicon wafer in a single image. It is actively deploying solutions at various customer sites across Asia Europe and North America.

Together with their resistance to vibrations and ease of adapting to the users needs they are valuable systems for measuring the wafer shape and nanotopography in a single image.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Operations Coordinator. This role is responsible for supervising production schedules monitoring operational performance facilities maintenance and ensuring efficient execution of supply chain processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced technology-driven environment while maintaining a strong focus on quality safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management

  • Identify evaluate and establish collaboration agreements with suppliers.
  • Engage with suppliers to discuss technical requirements and assess capabilities.
  • Lead procurement of technical items specified by various internal teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date supplier and order data in the companys ERP system (TBD).
  • Monitor parts in production to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
  • Coordinate timely delivery of parts in line with assembly and production schedules.
  • Track and analyse supply costs to maintain budget compliance.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse to ensure smooth transition from storage to production.
  • Manage quality control of supplied items and document any incidents.
  • Coordinate international shipments to deliver systems on schedule
  • Stake holder of departments budget for Supply Chain

Maintenance Supervision

  • Planning and coordination for preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment machinery and company facilities
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations company policies and procedures
  • Troubleshooting maintenance issues and providing technical guidance to maintenance technicians.
  • Monitoring equipment performance and identifying opportunities to improve reliability and reduce downtime
  • Conducting inspections and audits to ensure facilities and equipment remain in safe operating condition

Other Tasks

  • Support the implementation maintenance and continuous improvement of ISO9001:2015 standards.
  • Definition of processes for the standardization and unification of the companys way of working

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in engineering Operations Management Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in operations coordination manufacturing supply chain or production planning
  • Experience in semiconductor electronics manufacturing or other high-tech manufacturing environments is preferred
  • Familiarity with cleanroom manufacturing environments is advantageous
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (Reading writing and speaking)
  • Driving licence (B)
