To ensure exceptional program delivery by supporting the management of logistical operations that support a safe organized and enriching international experience.
Deliver high-quality efficient operational support across all program locations.
Deliver high-quality onsite experience for students in program locations
Enhance the student experience through smooth logistical execution and clear timely guidance on compliance processes.
Proposed Responsibilities:
Develop and support the management of relationships with local vendors; negotiate contracts and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Prepare and manage program material including calendars handbooks and master sheets.
Support internal webinars and pre-departure planning efforts.
Process insurance for program participants.
Support with housing bookings and numbers.
Conduct site visits and travel to program locations to support on-site operations.
Support with Program Coordinator onboarding training and management.
Support the Operation Managers in researching planning and organizing all aspects of the on-site activities.
Support the Operation Managers in researching booking and managing the payment policies and cancellations of the hotels for your cities (for weekend trips) and cancellation policies for other cultural activities and transportation.
Assist the Operations Managers in managing administrative tasks such as participant counts visa and flight status updates flagging concerns from health and wellness documentation budget tracking and invoice processing.
Respond to operational inquiries from local teams and provide problem solving support in real time.
Support our international students through operational workflows.
Ideal Qualities and Experience:
2 years of work experience.
Prior experience in Business Project Management Team Management CX or Operations is highly desirable.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in International Business Program Management Operations or a related field.
Excellent communication and advisory skills for diverse international students.
Deeply familiar with day-to-day work culture and communication dynamics in Asia.
Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Number-savvy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive Attitude: You think nothing is impossible.
Driven: You are confident take initiative and venture into uncharted territory.
