What you will do:

• Support transaction management activities across energy trading operations ensuring accurate deal entry validation confirmations and settlement

• Manage and resolve operational inquiries through shared mailboxes and JIRA while acting as a key contact for trading desks

• Collaborate closely with Front Office Risk Accounting Logistics and IT teams to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient issue resolution

• Monitor and improve operational processes internal controls and quality standards across Transaction Management activities

• Contribute to IT and process improvement projects including system enhancements new market integrations and operational optimization initiatives

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements financial reporting standards and internal control processes across trading operations

What you bring & who you are:

• Higher education in accounting finance economics business or a related field

• Experience in energy trading operations transaction management or back-office activities within the energy sector

• Strong understanding of energy (Power Gas LNG Environmental certificates) and financial markets trading products settlements and operational risk management

• Confident communication skills in English (C1/C2); ideally you also speak additional European languages

• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and process optimization skills

• Good IT skills ideally with experience working with ETRM (Endur) and ERP (SAP) systems.
