Operations Controller FBNL (fmd)

What you will do:

• Prepare and execute accurate and timely invoicing for energy trading contracts across France Belgium the Netherlands and potentially additional markets

• Manage incoming booking and validation requests while ensuring high-quality and same-day processing where required

• Coordinate invoicing processes including data collection reconciliation invoice preparation and exchange with counterparties

• Act as a key contact for billing questions operational requests and dispute resolution

• Support process improvements testing activities and operational excellence initiatives

• Oversee operational workflows across the full deal lifecycle including reconciliations confirmations and payment-related processes

What you bring & who you are:

• Higher education in accounting finance economics business or a related field

• Experience in energy trading sales operations or a similar operational environment

• Good understanding of gas and power markets ideally across France Belgium and the Netherlands

• Strong analytical organizational and communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset

• Ability to work with complex business processes data management and tight deadlines

• Ideally knowledge of SQL or VBA and additional European language skills

• Confident communication skills in English (C1/C2); ideally you also speak additional European languages
