About the Role

As an Office Administrator youll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch. Working closely with customers and internal departments youll help ensure administrative processes run efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support across the branch
  • Greeting customers and managing incoming phone and email enquiries
  • Assisting with customer accounts invoicing and general documentation
  • Coordinating branch administration and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting the Sales Parts and Service Departments with administrative tasks
  • Preparing reports correspondence and other business documents
  • Maintaining office supplies and assisting with general office coordination
  • Contributing to a positive customer experience and supporting the wider team
What Youll Bring
  • Previous administration reception or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
  • Experience within agriculture automotive construction or a related industry is advantageous but not essential
