Job Summary

Brains International School La Moraleja is seeking a qualified enthusiastic and caring Early Years teacher to join our Infants Department for the academic year.

We are looking for a committed professional who is passionate about Early Years education and has proven experience teaching children aged 3 to 6. The successful candidate should be able to create a warm engaging and stimulating learning environment.

Essential requirements:

  • Native English speaker
  • A recognised teaching qualification such as a . PGCE with QTS or equivalent
  • Previous experience teaching in Early Years
  • A caring professional and child-centred approach
  • Strong classroom-management and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Right to work in Spain

Desirable:

  • Experience working in an international or bilingual school
  • Knowledge of the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme
  • Experience with inquiry-based active and play-based learning
  • An understanding of phonics and early language development
  • Experience supporting children with a range of learning needs

The successful candidate will be expected to plan and deliver engaging learning experiences monitor childrens progress communicate professionally with families and contribute positively to the wider life of the Infants Department.
