As aStarCampInterninTechnologyyoulljoin NABs intensive 10-weekface-to-faceInternship designed to kick start yourcareer inTechnology Engineering.

Youllbuild handson capability through a structured learning program and real project work supported by experienced engineers and leaders. As part of the recruitment process you may be asked to complete acoding assessment depending on your skills and background.

Through strong partnerships with Australian universities technology training providers and industry partners NAB offershandsonrealworldproject experiencegiving you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully from day one.

Whatyoullbe doing

DuringStarCamp you will:

• Create build and support technology solutions across key NAB initiatives and projects.
• Learn NAB engineering fundamentals through a curated mix of instructorled sessions and selfpaced learning.
• Work on a capstone project applying whatyouvelearned to solve realworld problems.
• Design and develop solutions that enhance the customer experience.
• Grow your professional skills through feedback coaching and support from leaders and mentors.
• Work towards industry recognised Cloud certifications

The2026StarCampInternshipwillcommenceonMonday 23^rdNovember 2026and end onFriday 12^thFebruary 2027.This includes 2-weeks unpaid leave over the Christmas and New YearFestiveseason break.

What Happens Next

Upon successful completion of this intake exceptional NABStarCampGraduates may be offered a permanent role in our NAB Emerging Tech Talent Program which includes two longer term business rotations across our teams to build breadth and depth of capability.

The Emerging Tech Talent Program begins onMonday 15^thFebruary 2027 and ends on Friday 26^thMay the completion of the Emerging Tech Talent Program you will roll off into a Permanent role in Technology.

• At NAB our Emerging Tech Talent Program is open to those who have completed their certificate diploma undergraduate or postgraduate degree no more than one year prior to the program start date or those in their final year of study.
• To be eligible for thisprogram you must be able to make a full-time commitmenttoNABsStarCampBootcamp.
• To be eligible for this program you must be based in Melbourne permanently.
• There is nooptionto defer your Emerging Tech Talent offer.

• Be based permanently in Melbourne.
