Position: Music & Lyrics Expert - Spanish (ES)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $39$54/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Up to 6 months
Commitment: 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated music across various genres. Rate it against detailed quality standards in both Spanish (ES) and English.
• Compare AI-generated lyrics with published songs. Identify similarities and assess originality.
• Rate lyrics based on quality creativity prompt adherence and originality.
• Evaluate the naturalness of lyrics focusing on word choice slang and regional expressions.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while enhancing AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish (ES). Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
• Experience as a songwriter lyricist performer composer or music journalist. Knowledge of the Spanish (ES) music scene.
• Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.

Preferred

• Formal training in music performance theory or composition.
• Credited or published songwriting work.
• Broad familiarity with contemporary Spanish (ES) genres sub-genres and artists.
