What Youll Do

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Build and manage strong relationships with prospective clients
• Drive new business opportunities through outbound sales
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
• Collaborate with an international high-performing sales team

What Were Looking For

• Native or C2 proficiency in German English (US Accent) Dutch Polish or Czech
• Professional level of English
• 16 years of experience in:
  • Account Executive
  • Business Development
  • BDR / SDR
  • Outbound Sales
  • SaaS or Technology Sales
• Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a KPI-driven target-oriented environment
• Must already be based in Spain
