MEP Estimator

Our Real Estate team is looking for an MEP Estimator to support the preparation of cost estimates across a range of construction and real estate projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with Project Management Cost Management and technical teams to develop accurate and reliable cost estimates for mechanical electrical and plumbing systems during design tender and pre-construction phases. This role will support informed commercial decision-making by analysing project information market data and construction costs across multiple sectors including offices retail and residential.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MEP professional looking to develop their career within a collaborative and fast-paced consultancy environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare detailed MEP cost estimates and cost plans across multiple project stages.
• Analyse mechanical electrical and plumbing systems specifications and technical documentation.
• Support key tendering activities including preparation of pre-tender estimates and bid evaluations.
• Review contractor and supplier quotations for MEP packages.
• Support procurement and commercial evaluation activities related to MEP works.
• Contribute to value engineering and cost optimisation exercises.
• Maintain estimating databases pricing information and historical cost data.
• Identify project risks assumptions and exclusions within estimates.
• Collaborate with Project Management Cost Management and technical teams to support project delivery.
• Prepare clear estimating reports and supporting documentation.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in MEP estimating within the construction or real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems construction costs and estimating methodologies.
• Ability to interpret drawings specifications and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software/tools.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English.
