• Handling and managing calls regarding inquiries about medications as well as any technical complaints.

• Local and international bibliographic searches according to the needs of each client (local journals PubMed Reactions Weekly...).

• Searches in the European agency (MLM L2A)

• Weekly review of each alert to inform the client.

• Review of regulatory agencies to find alerts variations in technical specifications or any kind of important information on the principles used by each client.

• Promotional materials review and translation support

• Teamwork both with people from the IM department as well as with colleagues from VF Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Trials.

• University degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy Biology Biochemistry Chemistry Biotechnology etc.)

• Masters degree in Pharmaceutical Industry or related. Desirable.

• No experience needed
