Our client is a Spain-based manufacturer of high-technology printing and packaging machinery serving customers internationally. The company designs and manufactures advanced printing equipment and provides installation commissioning maintenance and technical support to its customers worldwide.

About the Role

The Mechanical Technician will be responsible for the assembly installation commissioning adjustment testing and maintenance of industrial machinery. The position also involves technical interventions at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and adjust machinery and mechanical components.
• Install and start up new machinery.
• Perform internal machine adjustments and testing before shipment to customers.
• Carry out technical interventions at customer facilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related technical issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Support machinery commissioning and ensure equipment operates according to requirements.
• Work closely with the Engineering team during installation and technical projects.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Professional Training Grade I Mechanics or a relevant technical qualification.
• 57 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience as a Mechanical Assembler / Machinery Assembly Technician.
• Practical experience with industrial machinery assembly adjustment installation and maintenance.
• Spanish language proficiency is required.
• Minimum B1 level English.
• Hard-working meticulous professional and highly motivated.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable carrying out technical interventions at customer sites.
