Now lets discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fevers mission.
- Analyze existing operational workflows to identify inefficiencies manual effort and automation opportunities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand end-to-end processes
- Design build test and maintain automated workflows using automation platforms scripts and AI-enabled tools
- Apply AI capabilities (e.g. generative AI machine learning models intelligent document processing chatbots) to enhance decision-making and process performance
- Develop process documentation flow diagrams and automation specifications
- Monitor automation performance troubleshoot issues and implement continuous improvements
- Support change management by providing training documentation and user support for automated solutions
- Track and report on automation impact including efficiency gains cost savings and quality improvements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Information Systems Data Analytics Computer Science or a related field
- 2 years of experience in business analysis workflow optimization process improvement automation or related roles
- Proven experience leading end-to-end automation initiatives from opportunity identification through design implementation and optimization
- Strong experience working with automation platforms and tools including workflow orchestration Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or low-code/no-code solutions
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI-enabled solutions (e.g. generative AI intelligent automation machine learning-assisted workflows) to real business problem
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to define requirements prioritize initiatives and drive adoption
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills with minimal supervision
- Your are fluent in Spanish and English
