Here at La Casita de Inglés we believe that learning should be fun! We teach English to children through games arts & crafts singing and dancing theatre yoga and baking! We dont carry out exams. Classes are small and interactive with a maximum of 8 children per class in our after-school programme.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday from 11:00-20:00 (1h for lunch)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support and coach teaching staff to ensure high-quality programming and a positive team culture.
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling group management and classroom readiness.
• Serve as the main point of contact for parents ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
• Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed.
• Coordinate supplies prep materials and maintain an organized well-functioning space.
• Use internal systems to track student info team updates and classroom documentation.
• Make sure all classes are running smoothly and the quality of our service remains outstanding.

Were looking for a proactive organized and people-focused Manager to lead our centers daily operations. This role is a mix of team leadership parent communication classroom oversight and logistical coordination. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills who thrives in dynamic environments and genuinely enjoys working with children.

• Candidates must be bilingualhigh level of Spanish & English.
• Must have previous experience in managing a team in a work environment.
• An asset but not required; previous experience in customer service & sales.

Pay: 1400 Euros/month NET (12 pays)

This pay comes with incentives based on the number of students in the center. We can go over these incentives in the interview.
