Manager Talent Acquisition Partner Southern Cluster & MEAM
Barcelona Spain Hybrid Working 9-Month Temporary Contract

At Ipsen we are committed to creating real impact for patients and society. We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team on a 9-month temporary contract supporting hiring across Spain Portugal Italy and the Middle East & Africa Mediterranean region. Based in Barcelona you will partner closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to attract exceptional talent that will help drive Ipsens growth and innovation.

In this role you will manage end-to-end recruitment develop proactive sourcing strategies build diverse talent pipelines and deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers while helping strengthen Ipsens employer brand across multiple markets.

What were looking for

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Expertise in sourcing and talent pipelining
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment
• Experience within biopharma healthcare or life sciences is highly valued
• Additional language skills particularly Spanish Italian French or Arabic are an advantage
