About the job

The Inside Sales organization is looking for aManager InsideSalesto provide leadership direction and operational ownership for inside sales teams aligned to new software salesand net new logo this role you will plan and execute growth strategies lead and develop sellers and partner closely with broader sales leadership to drive results.

This role is well suited for a sales leader whoenjoys developing people disciplined execution and the ability to translate strategy into results across teams.

Asa Manager Inside Sales you will:

  • Lead and manage inside sales teams tonurtureleads&developpipelineachieve revenueand net new logotargets aligned to businessobjectives.

  • Plan and execute growth strategies for new software sales in partnership with senior sales leadership.

  • Set track and review sales performance metrics activity targets and individual goals for inside sales staff.

  • Hire train coach mentor and performance-manage inside sales team members to support development and results.

  • Provide guidance on territory assignment account management practices forecasting and use of adopted sales methodologies.

  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to develop training sales plays campaigns and product positioning.

  • Maintainaccuratebusinessleadsprogresstrackingpipeline and performance data using internal CRM systems.

  • Ensure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organizations secure software development goals.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferablyinBusinessMarketingComputerScience orrelated field.

  • Minimum8years of experience in technical sales marketing data processing or technology-related products or services sales and2years in a leadership supervisory or team lead role.

  • Demonstrated understanding of strategic sales techniques within the hardware and software industry.

  • Proven ability to lead teams set performance expectations and drive execution against revenue goals.

  • Strong communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills with experience working cross-functionally.

  • Equivalentcombination of related education training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
