To support our continued growth in Spain we are looking for a:

Manager Government & Airport Relations Spain (m/f/d)

Based in Madrid Barcelona or Palma de Mallorca you will strengthen and expand HiSERVs network within the Spanish aviation sector. Acting as a trusted advisor and relationship builder you will engage with airports government authorities industry bodies and labor representatives to support business growth market access and stakeholder alignment. You will serve as a key link between local stakeholder dynamics and HiSERVs international business objectives.

Your Responsibilities

• Build maintain and further develop strong relationships with AENA governmental institutions and key aviation stakeholders
• Establish and nurture trusted connections with labor unions and employee representative organizations
• Act as a strategic advisor and ambassador for HiSERV within the Spanish aviation ecosystem
• Identify political regulatory and stakeholder-related risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies
• Represent the company in high-level meetings negotiations and industry discussions
• Strengthen HiSERVs reputation as a reliable long-term partner for airports and aviation organizations
• Monitor regulatory developments and stakeholder trends that may impact business operations
• Support market expansion initiatives through targeted relationship management and influence
• Collaborate closely with Country Management Operations Legal Compliance and Corporate Leadership teams

Your Profile

• Strong Spanish background with an in-depth understanding of the local aviation landscape
• Proven network within the Spanish aviation industry particularly with AENA and relevant stakeholder groups
• Several years of experience in Government Relations Public Affairs Aviation Management or a comparable field
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and high-level relationship building
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills with an executive presence
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and informal decision-making structures
• Excellent strategic thinking and political awareness
• Fluent Spanish and English language skills both written and spoken
• Valid drivers license
