Manager Global Finance Tools

Position Overview

This role is responsible for the end-to-end ownership and management of global Finance tools and platforms. It ensures stable operations continuous improvement and alignment with the companys finance and digital strategy.

The position acts as Product Owner for key Finance tools and drives strategic initiatives across functions. It operates within a complex global environment collaborating with Finance IT and external partners.

The role plays a key part in enhancing efficiency automation and user experience while ensuring governance compliance and delivery across Finance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner for Finance tools (e.g. ServiceNow Trintech Concur) defining roadmaps prioritizing enhancements and ensuring alignment with business and finance objectives
• Define and manage product roadmaps enhancements and release planning
• Lead Finance tools projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
• Coordinate cross-functional global teams across Finance and IT
• Ensure operational stability through incident request and change management
• Manage system escalations and drive timely resolution of critical issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align priorities and governance
• Lead audit risk and compliance activities for Finance tools
• Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across systems
• Present project updates risks and strategy to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance IT or related field
• Strong experience with ServiceNow and Finance processes
• 5 years of experience in project leadership product ownership or similar roles
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience working with global cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate in complex and fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in audit risk or compliance processes is a plus
• Advanced level of English
