• You will help leading pharmaceutical biotech medtech and healthcare organizations unlock value from data by designing and implementing advanced analytics AI and Generative AI solutions.
• You will extract process and analyze complex structured and unstructured datasets across the life sciences value chain including commercial medical patient market and R&D data.
• You will leverage your technical expertise to develop test and deploy machine learning and Generative AI solutions that address critical business challenges and support data-driven decision making.
• You will combine advanced analytics machine learning and Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate actionable insights automate knowledge-intensive processes and accelerate business outcomes for life sciences clients.
• You will translate business questions into analytical approaches and AI use cases ensuring that results are robust scalable and aligned with real-world impact.
• You will take ownership of workstreams collaborate closely with client stakeholders and communicate technical findings in a clear and business-relevant way.
• You will present analyses AI solutions and strategic recommendations to client teams and senior executives.
• You will contribute to the development of innovative offerings at the intersection of data science Generative AI and life sciences.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Economics Bioinformatics Life Sciences or a related quantitative field.
• Fluency in German and English with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  46 years of experience in Data Science Machine Learning AI or Advanced Analytics.
• Strong experience developing deploying and scaling machine learning models using Python or similar technologies.
  Solid understanding of AI and machine learning methodologies including tree-based methods Bayesian approaches and modern Generative AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience applying Large Language Models (LLMs) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) AI agents or related GenAI frameworks to solve business challenges.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data and AI platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and their services for data storage compute automation machine learning and application deployment.
• Knowledge of relational SQL and NoSQL databases as well as data engineering and ETL/ELT processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset with a passion for leveraging data and AI to solve complex business challenges.
• Experience in consulting is a strong plus.
• Experience in pharma medtech or consumer health is a strong plus including familiarity with industry data business processes and challenges across pricing market access and commercial functions.
