Position: Consulting Expert Spanish (Spain) - AI Training
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Oct 23 to Nov 19
Commitment: 21 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in management and strategy consulting to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs.
• Develop workspaces and files that simulate real consulting environments in Spain.
• Write prompts and create grading rubrics based on authentic consulting tasks.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 5 years in management or strategy consulting.
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
• Experience with strategy operations and transformation work for clients in Spain.
