The M&A Strategy & Value Creation team is where the vision becomes reality. We ensure that every acquisition is not just a transaction but a success story integrating new teams and business models into our global ecosystem.

The Role

We are looking for aM&A Strategy & Value Creation Analyst who thrives at the intersection of strategy operations and technology. Your mission is to turn bold M&A visions into seamless high-impact this role you will own the post-acquisition lifecycle. You wont just analyze business plans; you will drive them ensuring acquired entities align with Fevers strategic priorities and reach their full growth potential. Acting as the bridge between new teams and our internal departments you will lead cross-functional roadmapsacross product marketing and operationsto harmonize ways of working and unlock synergies that power our international expansion.

What Youll Do

Business Understanding and Strategic Analysis

• Conduct in-depth analysis of acquired companies to understand their business models commercial performance and growth drivers
• Define and monitor business plans for acquired entities ensuring alignment with Fevers strategic priorities
• Track post-acquisition performance identifying opportunities for synergies scalability and innovation
• Support the definition and execution of expansion and growth plans across markets and business lines

Lead Integration Planning and Execution

• Develop and execute comprehensive integration roadmaps across product operations commercial marketing and corporate functions
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions process alignment and cultural integration
• Identify key risks and dependencies proactively solving challenges to maintain business continuity
• Continuously improve integration playbooks and processes capturing best practices for future transactions

Foster Stakeholder Alignment and Communication

• Serve as the bridge between acquired teams and internal departments ensuring clear alignment on goals timelines and priorities
• Collaborate across internal teams within Fever to harmonize ways of working systems and processes
• Communicate progress insights and recommendations effectively to executive leadership and key stakeholders

Who You Are

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field (MBA or consulting experience a plus)
• 13 years of experience in management consulting corporate strategy operations or M&A integration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and data-driven approach
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Proficient in English; French is a plus.
• Highly organized proactive and adaptable thrives in fast-paced evolving environments
• Passionate about driving real impact through collaboration execution and innovation
