About Role

Were searching for a Legal & Regulatory Correspondent to cover the intersection of crypto regulation and global finance.

In this role youll have the opportunity to shape industry conversations break major stories interview influential voices across crypto and TradFi and help millions of readers understand how regulatory and financial developments impact the future of digital assets.

• Cover major regulatory legal and financial developments across crypto and TradFi markets.
• Write timely and reader-friendly news articles on regulations compliance enforcement actions ETFs and macroeconomic trends.
• Monitor key regulatory frameworks including MiCA SEC policies AML/KYC requirements licensing and digital asset compliance.
• Analyze how regulatory and financial developments impact exchanges DeFi stablecoins institutional adoption and broader markets.
• Conduct interviews and video discussions with legal experts policymakers analysts regulators and industry leaders.
• React quickly to breaking market regulatory and financial news.
• Pitch exclusive stories investigations and in-depth analysis.
• Represent BeInCrypto at conferences events and industry discussions across crypto and traditional finance sectors.

• Have 35 years of experience in crypto journalism financial media legal reporting or regulatory analysis in English.
• Possess strong news writing analytical and research skills with exceptional attention to accuracy and detail.
• Have a strong understanding of global financial regulations compliance frameworks and digital asset policies.
• Understand the crypto ecosystem including exchanges DeFi stablecoins token issuance and blockchain infrastructure.
• Can simplify complex legal and regulatory topics into clear engaging content.
• Have experience and feel comfortable hosting video interviews podcasts or expert discussions.
• Have experience interviewing regulators compliance officers legal experts or policy stakeholders.
• Have an established network within the crypto legal regulatory or financial ecosystem.
• Are fluent in English.
• Being available to attend industry events and conferences in the USA is a plus.
