DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES About the role
The new Legal Intern will support the Legal team by providing legal assistance to the Southern Region mainly covering Spain Portugal and Israel.
Key responsibilities:
- Review draft and support the preparation of commercial contracts NDAs and related legal documentation.
- Assist in contract management processes including coordination with internal stakeholders (finance compliance data privacy).
- Provide daytoday legal support to the business teams in the Southern Region under supervision of the Legal Counsel Group.
- Support internal legal processes and documentation.
- Contribute to legal projects and ongoing initiatives led by the Group Legal team.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE About you
- Previous internship or academic experience in commercial law contract law or corporate law
- Exposure to drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts NDAs or agreements (even at academic level)
- Initial experience or strong familiarity with contract management processes and legal documentation workflows
- Familiarity with legal research and analysis to support business-related legal questions
- Participation in legal projects clinics or case studies during studies or prior internships
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :
This is an internship role requiring a University or Masters agreement. Candidates must have completed their studies and be eligible to sign such an agreement.
