About the Role
At Cencora this role plays a critical part in building a high-performing operationally ready workforce across supply chain planning logistics and distribution operations. You will lead the strategy and execution of training programs that prepare teams to perform effectively in fast-paced complex operational environments.
This is an exciting opportunity for a learning and development leader who brings deep logistics and supply chain experience along with a passion for developing people driving process excellence and enabling consistent execution across the network.
In this role you will directly influence how teams across supply chain and logistics operations learn adapt and succeed. Your leadership will help ensure employees are equipped to navigate change execute with consistency and deliver operational excellence across the network.
What Youll Do
Lead training programs that support supply chain planning logistics distribution and operational processes helping ensure workforce readiness standardized execution and sustainable performance.
Oversee the design development and continuous improvement of training curricula learning pathways job aids and process documentation aligned with logistics operations operational requirements and business priorities.
Drive training deployment for new processes warehouse and distribution workflows systems network changes and operational initiatives to improve adoption reduce disruption and support consistent execution.
Partner closely with operations logistics quality technology and cross-functional stakeholders to identify capability gaps prioritize training needs and align learning solutions to business objectives.
Establish training governance schedules and delivery plans to support onboarding upskilling compliance and recurring operational readiness needs across logistics and supply chain teams.
Monitor training effectiveness through assessments operational performance measures and stakeholder feedback using data and insights to refine content improve outcomes and address recurring issues.
Lead team performance resource planning and talent development to maintain high delivery quality strengthen instructional capability and support evolving operational and logistics demands.

What Were Looking For
Education
Bachelors degree in supply chain logistics operations management business administration education or a related field or equivalent experience required
Masters degree in supply chain logistics operations management business administration education or a related field or equivalent experience preferred
Experience
10 years of experience in training learning and development operational excellence supply chain operations or a related field required
5 years of experience in a management capacity required
