About the role
As the Lead Executive Assistant you will help create the conditions for strong leadership and organisational effectiveness by:
- Providing proactive support to the CEO and Executive Team
- Leading and developing Scopes Community of Practice for Executive Assistants
- Coordinating communication planning and organisational activities that enable better decision-making
- Building strong relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders
- Supporting the smooth operation of Scopes Hawthorn office and executive services

You will have or will successfully obtain all relevant checks including an NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check and other role-specific clearances.
Our process and commitments
The selection process for this role willinclude two interviews and may include psychometric and aptitude assessments.
