Functions

• Support in the preparation of reports and in responding to recurring queries in Spanish and English on any labour-related matter.
• Assistance in drafting standard employment contracts.
• Review of employment contracts.
• Assistance and support in Labour Inspections challenges to infringement and settlement notices administrative and judicial conciliation proceedings collective disputes etc.
• Advice on mass transfers of employees and workforce disengagement processes.
• Assistance in the development of the companys labour protocols and procedures.

Requirements

• Graduates in Law or Labour Relations.
• A Masters/Postgraduate degree in Legal Advisory or Labour Relations is a plus.
• Strong interest in practising Labour Law.
• English level: advanced.
• Ability to work in a team strong communication skills and autonomy.
• Advanced command of Microsoft Office.
