Role Purpose
The Key Account Manager Oncology is responsible for driving sustainable growth by orchestrating value-based engagement across the oncology ecosystem.
The role evolves from a traditional sales focus to a strategic account & ecosystem leadership role combining scientific expertise digital dexterity data-driven decision making and
cross-functional collaboration to maximize patient impact and business performance within full compliance.
- Strategic Account & Ecosystem Management
- Lead integrated account strategies across hospitals pharmacies regional decision-makers scientific societies and digital opinion leaders.
- Develop and execute advanced Key Account Plans leveraging real-world data omnichannel insights and ecosystem mapping.
- Partner closely with FLM IFMA Medical Marketing and Market Access to ensure aligned and differentiated value delivery.
- Anticipate changes in the oncology environment (access dynamics regional influence patient pathways) and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Act as a trusted scientific partner for HCPs within the approved indication delivering high-quality value-based conversations.
- Co-create meaningful scientific interactions in close alignment with Medical and MSL teams ensuring message consistency and compliance.
- Translate complex oncology data into clear impactful scientific storytelling tailored to different stakeholders.
- Leverage CRM AI-powered analytics dashboards and predictive tools to optimize targeting engagement frequency and account prioritization.
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities risks and growth levers within the territory.
- Transform insights into actionable recommendations aligned with Oncology strategy and cross-functional priorities.
- Actively contribute to the adoption of AI and digital solutions that improve productivity decision quality and customer experience.
- Design and execute hybrid and digital TOMEs involving multiple stakeholders along the patient journey.
- Collaborate with DD&T and Marketing to develop omnichannel campaigns and innovative engagement models.
- Identify scale and share successful pilots and best practices across the OBU accelerating overall digital maturity.
- Act as a digital and innovation ambassador within the KAM community.
- Contribute to AI / Digital working groups sharing insights and solutions that can be replicated across the organization.

- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience in hospital / specialty care preferably Oncology or related complex therapeutic areas.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary stakeholders (HCPs Pharmacy Market Access Medical).
- Demonstrated exposure to digital omnichannel or data-driven engagement models.
- Advanced use of CRM systems and digital engagement platforms.
- Ability to work with AI-enabled dashboards analytics and insight tools.
- Strong understanding of data sources interpretation and application in account strategy.
- Quality and impact of account plans and ecosystem engagement.
- Adoption and effective use of digital and AI tools.
- Customer engagement quality and satisfaction metrics.
- Data-driven insights translated into business impact.

Base Salary Range:
50800.00 - 69850.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position years of relevant experience specific and unique skills level of education attained certifications or other professional licenses held and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
