Werelooking for a Key Account Manager to help drive sustainable growth across our Iberian business through strategic partnerships with some of our most important retail customers both online and this roleyoullcombine commercial thinking relationship management and collaboration to create value for customers consumers and our business.

Based in Madridyoullbe part of the Iberian Key Account Management teamcollaboratingclosely with colleagues across marketing digital forecasting operations and customer development. Occasional travel within Iberia and Europe may be.

Whatyoullbe doing

  • Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with key retail partners.

  • Build and execute sustainable commercial plans that deliver mutual growth.

  • Manage customer performance and contribute to profitable P&L delivery.

  • Analyse market trends customer insights and business performance toidentifyopportunities.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure excellent execution.

  • Support omnichannel growth across physical retail and e-commerce environments.

  • Lead negotiations and develop win-win solutions with customers.

  • Adapt to evolving retail media and consumer landscapes through continuous learning.

Whatyoullbring

Essential

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG sector working with e-commerce customers or omnichannel retail.

  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking skills.

  • Experience building andmaintainingsuccessful customer relationships.

  • Excellent communication presentation and influencing skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Effective negotiation skills.

  • Excellent organisational skills anddiligence.

  • Strongproficiencyin Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word.

  • FluentSpanishlanguage skills as well as strong English businessproficiency.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.

Nice tohave.

  • Portuguese language skills.

  • Experience working in an international business environment.

  • Demonstrated ambition and potential for future growth and development.

  • Interest in pursuing broader international career opportunities.
