WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Technical Support: You support the creation of technical specifications and measurements for different products and help ensure a smooth handover from Design to Production.

Fit Assistance: You work closely with Designers during prototyping take part in fit sessions and help document and implement fit silhouette and construction adjustments.

Quality Focus: You support quality checks throughout development and production and help ensure that garments meet defined brand and fit standards.

Interface Support: You act as a supporting link between Design Product Development and Production helping to clarify technical questions related to fabrics trims stitching and construction for Womens styles.

Learning & Improvement: You contribute to the optimization of development and production processes and continuously build your technical know-how with support from senior team members.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Your Educational Background: You hold a Bachelors degree in Fashion Technology Textile Engineering Apparel Production or a comparable field with a technical focus.

Your Strengths: You have a solid understanding of different garment construction and show strong interest in production processes. You work in a structured hands-on way and are eager to learn and develop your technical expertise.

Your Profile: You bring initial professional experience (around 13 years) or relevant internships in Technical Engineering Product Development or Apparel Production ideally within fashion or fast fashion for Women. You are familiar with technical drawings and tools such as Adobe Illustrator and PLM systems communicate clearly within cross-functional teams and stay flexible in a dynamic environment. You are fluent in Spanish English and/or Germanisa plus.
