Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Operas Global Talent Acquisition Team and support hiring across multiple international this role you will partner closely with hiring managers and candidates to deliver a seamless recruitment experience while helping attract top talent to Opera. Working within a collaborative and globally distributed team you will contribute to end-to-end recruitment processes talent sourcing initiatives and continuous improvement of hiring practices. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career recruiter to gain exposure to international hiring and develop expertise in talent acquisition within a fast-paced technology company.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes for international hiring projects across technical and non-technical functions.

• Source and engage candidates through various channels including LinkedIn job boards referrals and talent communities.

• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers candidates and external recruitment partners.

• Contribute to recruitment process improvements talent pipeline development and employer branding initiatives.

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Recruitment HR or a related field.

• Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment processes preferably in an international environment.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with fluency in English (written and spoken).

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proactive detail-oriented and passionate about delivering a great candidate experience.
