Junior Sales Operations Specialist
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Sales Operations Specialist to join our Sales Operations team in Madrid. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in sales operations business support or commercial excellence within a fast-paced international environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales organization by maintaining data quality assisting with reporting and analysis supporting sales processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Operations team with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Maintain accurate customer opportunity and sales data within CRM systems.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports dashboards and performance analyses.
- Support sales forecasting pipeline tracking and data management activities.
- Help ensure compliance with internal processes and policies.
- Coordinate with Sales Finance Marketing Customer Success and other internal teams.
- Assist with contract administration documentation and commercial records.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Provide general support to the commercial organization as required.
Qualifications :
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluent Spanish and good level of English.
Preferred
- Previous experience in administration operations customer service sales support or a similar role.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
