What are we looking for
Were looking for a business-oriented Junior Legal Advisor with around 23 years of experience eager to learn grow and develop in an international in-house environment.
This is a generalist in-house role providing legal support to INDIBA and its affiliates across multiple jurisdictions and covering a broad range of areas including commercial contracts corporate compliance data protection and IP.
Youll join a lean in-house legal team working day-to-day with the Legal team and gaining exposure to a wide variety of legal and business matters. Youll also partner closely with stakeholders across the organization including Sales Marketing Operations Finance R&D and HR.
What youll do
- Draft and review commercial agreements including distribution agency services procurement NDAs partnerships marketing and consulting agreements as well as cease & desist letters.
- Provide IP support on matters related to trade secrets designs and trademarks coordinating when needed with external specialists and IP agencies.
- Support the legal team in corporate & governance matters including PoAs corporate documentation Group projects and coordination with external counsel.
- Participate in cross-border projects and other legal matters affecting different companies and jurisdictions within the Group.
- Gradually take ownership of legal matters as you develop your knowledge of the business and gain experience within the role.
What youll bring
- Law degree and around 23 years of professional experience ideally gained in an international law firm or multinational environment.
- Hands-on experience in commercial contracting and an interest in working in an international multi-jurisdictional environment.
- Fluent English is essential; other languages are a plus.
- Exposure to IP data protection or tech law will be valued.
- A business-oriented and results-driven mindset with the ability to simplify complexity and a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive hands-on and organised approach.
- Good command of productivity tools (MS Office).
