About the role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior E-commerce Sales Specialist to join our team in Spain. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital sales and online marketing within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This is a 6-month internship.

Location

The role is based in Madrid.

What youll do:

• Support the Local Sales Team in commercial activation initiatives to drive online sales performance.
• Assist in Product Catalogue Management ensuring accurate product information and availability across platforms.
• Analyse Sales and Traffic Data to identify trends improve conversion rates and optimize user experience (UX).
• Collaborate with Marketing Teams for campaign planning and execution to maximize visibility and engagement.
• Support Marketplace Activations and Range Management ensuring timely updates and product launches.
• Liaise with the Central E-commerce Team (Sweden) for new implementations and day-to-day operational tasks.
• Work Cross-Functionally with different areas of the business including demand planning logistics and product line management to ensure smooth operations and alignment.
• Support Customer Service Tasks aimed at improving the overall customer experience and satisfaction across digital touchpoints.

Who you are:

• Currently pursuing or newly graduated in a degree in Business Marketing Economics or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
• Interest in e-commerce digital marketing and online sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
