Junior Commercial Asset Manager
Job Summary
What you will do:
- You will support the preparation of annual and interim financial statements as well as assist in the consolidation process for the group.
- You will collaborate in the preparation of IFRS reporting packages for group companies ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- You will assist in recording accounting transactions for project entities including provisions depreciation temporary adjustments and foreign exchange differences.
- You will help generate monthly balance sheet and income statement reports.
- You will support the preparation and submission of tax filings including Corporate Income Tax VAT Property Tax (IBI) Business Tax (IAE) and energy-related taxes.
- You will assist in reviewing accounting records identifying potential errors and contributing to process improvements.
- You will collaborate in the preparation and monitoring of the business plan as well as in budget reviews and updates.
- You will support invoicing processes liquidity tracking and payment follow-up.
- You will assist in preparing financial analyses and reports for headquarters clients and financial institutions.
- You will provide support during external audits and help coordinate documentation with auditors.
What you will need to succeed:
- University degree in Economics Business Administration Finance or a related field.
- Strong interest in accounting finance and taxation.
- Good level of English (B2 or higher) both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Excel (e.g. formulas pivot tables); knowledge of ERP systems (SAP Navision etc.) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail willingness to learn and proactive attitude.
- Good organizational and teamwork skills.
