Job Title: Junior Cold Chain & Logistics Analyst
Location: Barcelona Spain Hybrid (4 days onsite 1 day remote)
Were looking for a Junior Cold Chain & Logistics Analyst to join our growing Global Logistics team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an analytical detail-oriented professional with up to 3 years of experience to gain exposure to global pharmaceutical supply chain operations and help drive quality compliance and continuous improvement across our cold chain network.
What youll do:
Monitor and analyze cold chain performance KPIs including temperature excursions deviations and OTIF performance
Support the management of deviations CAPAs and change controls in line with GDP/GMP requirements
Develop dashboards reports and data insights to support decision-making
Coordinate with logistics providers CMOs and global stakeholders
Support audit readiness and compliance activities
Contribute to process improvement and cold chain optimization initiatives
What were looking for:
Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Supply Chain Engineering Pharmacy Biotechnology or a related field
1-3 years of experience in Pharma Biotechnology Medical Devices Quality Supply Chain Logistics or a related field
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data management tools (Power BI is a plus)
A quality-focused mindset and interest in working within a regulated environment
Curiosity for digitalization automation and AI-driven solutions
Excellent communication skills resilience and a proactive mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment
