WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Buying Support: You assist in developing the seasonal buying strategy for Womens Heavy Woven category taking ownership and ensuring alignment with commercial goals and brand priorities.
Market Monitoring: You track market trends competitor activity and consumer insights to inform assortment decisions and highlight growth opportunities for womens collections.
Product Collaboration: You work closely with Designers to develop commercially viable products that balance creativity trend relevance and profitability.
Supplier Management: You support supplier communications cost negotiations and sample development to ensure smooth operations and high-quality outcomes.
Strategic Initiatives: You contribute to initiatives helping define key products and drop strategies to drive impact and optimize stock flow for both categories.
Go-To-Market Preparation: You assist in preparing buying presentations assortment plans and supporting documentation for launches and seasonal activities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Your Educational Background: You hold a Bachelors degree in Business Fashion or a related discipline providing a strong foundation for buying and product development.
Your Strengths: You are analytical organized and curious about market and consumer trends. You have an outside-in perspective a keen attention to detail and thrive under tight deadlines.
Your Profile: You bring 13 years of experience in a buying support role within fashion ideally fast fashion. You work well in cross-functional teams (Design Planning VM) and communicate clearly. You are proficient in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint) and experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus. Fluency in Spanish and English is required German is an advantage.
