The primary purpose of the role is to support streamline and ensure smooth delivery managementfrom Purchase Order to Delivery to our Consolidation Centers by meticulously handling daily orderfulfillment tasks ensuring all orders are delivered timely focusing on efficient coordination andcommunication between various stakeholders and resolving any problems to enhance customersatisfaction and operational excellence.

The aim is to enhance customer satisfaction through timely updates and professional handling ofinquiries.

Close collaboration with Suppliers Customer support and all main organizations within SC EU toensure that the right material at the right moment and with minimum cost is made available.Timely and proactive communication is key to ensure transparency at any step within the process.Manage daily Supplier order fulfillment tasks including coordination day to day transportationactivities to ensure timely delivery of finished products from Tis suppliers to consolidation centersin accordance to required delivery date and agreed transport policy provided by the StrategicLogistics.

Expertise:

• Experience in Purchasing or other positions with relation to supplier management activities.
• Experienced in sea freight transport management especially from China to Europe.

Knowledge Skills and Languages:

• Proficient in English other languages are an asset especially Chinese.
• Advanced MS Office Skills

Education:

• Universy degree
