We are partnered with a world class IT Consultancy based in Spain and working with clients on a global scale offering MSP services. They are currently recruiting for a passionate and innovative ITSM Tooling Lead to take full ownership of their new HaloPSA system - replacing the legacy Jira environment and shaping the future of how they deliver IT services across the organisation.

This is a greenfield opportunity to configure and evolve HaloPSA from the ground up. Youll be the subject matter expert working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into smart scalable platform solutions and driving continual improvement every step of the way.

What youll be doing:

• Own and configure the HaloPSA platform - workflows automations ticket types service catalogues templates and integrations
• Lead the migration from Jira ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to operational teams
• Act as the go-to expert for all things HaloPSA providing guidance and support across the organisation
• Manage platform governance - upgrades releases testing and go-live activities to a high standard
• Build dashboards reports and KPIs that give stakeholders clear visibility of performance
• Drive a continual improvement culture maintaining a prioritised backlog of enhancements
• Stay ahead of Halos product roadmap to ensure we always leverage the latest features

The successful ITSM Tooling Lead will have

• Hands-on experience configuring and administering an ITSM platform (HaloPSA or HaloITSM experience highly desirable)
• Strong understanding of ITSM/ITIL frameworks ITIL certification is a bonus
• Proven track record managing platform governance including upgrades releases testing and go-lives
• Experience designing workflows automations and process improvements within an ITSM environment
• Highly collaborative and approachable with excellent communication skills
• An innovative mindset and a keen interest in ITSM tooling
