As IT Support Specialist reporting to our Head of IT & Cybersecurity you will help every Stark employee with their day-to-day IT challenges and get to know our cloud infrastructure (AWS). You will join a very ambitious fast-moving environment that will push you to learn and explore.

• Own user support across the company

• Lead workspace administration (Google and Microsoft)

• Work in a self-learning way always focused on the fastest and best route to the goal

• Challenge what can be improved and share advice openly

• Comply with and promote the companys information security policies

• Maintain computer equipment and software

• Buy and configure new hardware for Stark employees

• Manage communication with our infrastructure and security providers

• Document and promote user best practices

• Help with simple cloud infrastructure tasks on AWS

• Keep your backlog up to date and resolve requests within SLA

• Follow industry trends suggest improvements and be a role model for new team members

• Good knowledge of Windows and Linux and basic knowledge of macOS

• Good knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365

• Understanding of networking and security basics

• Knowledge of AWS is a plus

• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple work streams at once

• Proficient English (all work documentation and communication is in English)
