Job Description
You lead IT service delivery for a manufacturing plant ensuring all production-critical systems are available secure and performing reliably. This role sits at the intersection of IT operations and regional teams and is essential to keeping the plant running safely efficiently and in line with Lear values and governance standards.
Responsibilities
Lead plant IT operations and act as the first escalation point during critical incidents.
Ensure high availability and performance of hardware networks IT security and telecommunications systems.
Deliver consistent high-quality IT services to support production and business users.
Monitor maintain and secure IT systems to protect the integrity and confidentiality of company data.
Ensure compliance with ISMS Sarbanes-Oxley and internal IT governance and control requirements.
Enforce corporate IT standards and align local practices with regional and global guidelines.
Manage the plant IT team including recruitment performance management training scheduling and on-call support.
Maintain accurate documentation procedures and knowledge bases using corporate incident and service tools.
Experience Requirements
5 years of experience in IT operations or service delivery in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
2 years of experience leading or supervising an IT team.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure networks end-user systems and IT security.
Experience working with IT governance frameworks ISMS and SOX-controlled environments.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or equivalent experience.
