YOUR MISSION

Join our IT ServiceDesk team in vibrant Barcelona! Were looking for dedicated tech enthusiasts to provide exceptional support for our essential business services. As a vital part of our IT organization youll tackle challenges enhance your technical skills and help keep our operations running smoothly making a real difference behind the scenes!


THE JOURNEY

  • Provide timely & effective support for all IT systems.

  • Resolve Layer 1 and 2 level incidents and service requests.

  • Develop and maintain documentation and procedures.

  • Administrate and operate different IT tools and systems. 

 


Qualifications :

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • A degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.

  • 3 years of relevant full-time experience in IT ServiceDesk.

  • Experience supporting Windows and MacOSX environments.

  • Experience supporting SaaS tools: Google Workspace and Slack services.

  • Experience with Atlassians JIRA Service Desk. Bonus for having knowledge in creating/maintaining automations and SD portal creation/configuration.

  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills with a technical mindset.

  • Great communication skills and solution-oriented approach.

Nice to Haves:

  • SaaS/Cloud tooling administration experience
  • OneLogin (SSO) Administration experience (groups and mappings)
  • Agentic AI experience
