IT Project Manager

The service consists of but not limited to:

Service Context:

• The IT Project Management Service shall be accountable for overseeing and coordinating the effective delivery of IT projects within the Client an insurance company.
• The service requires project management technical expertise and the expertise in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Service Description:

• Develop and manage project plans timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks and implement appropriate risk management strategies.
• Service with business and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.

Service Deliverables:

• Delivery of IT projects within the defined scope timeline and budget.
• Identification and resolution of project-related issues and risks.
• Continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.

Qualifications :

Expertise:

• Expertise in managing IT projects preferably in the insurance industry.
• Project management expertise including planification organization and executing projects.
• Project management methodologies and tools.
• Waterfall project management methodologies.
• IT infrastructure systems and applications.

Service Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of expertise in IT project management.
• English & Spanish environment are mandatory
