IT Helpdesk Specialist
Job Summary

Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for user incidents and requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with computers printers email passwords applications and network.
Set up and configure equipment for new hires (laptops mobiles accounts).
Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning permissions and access rights.
Install update and maintain software across devices.
Log and track incidents in the ticketing system ensuring timely resolution.
Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 or specialist teams (systems networks).
Maintain an accurate inventory of company hardware and software.
Support store technology (POS systems tablets connectivity) as new locations open.
Continuously improve support processes and documentation.
Key Requirements:
3 years of experience in IT support helpdesk or a similar role.
Solid knowledge of Windows environments Microsoft 365 and common business applications.
Familiarity with ticketing tools and remote support.
Basic understanding of networks hardware and user access management.
Strong problem-solving skills and a patient service-oriented attitude.
Ability to juggle multiple requests and prioritise under pressure.
Fluent English and Spanish; additional languages (Portuguese Italian) are a plus.
A proactive roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and genuine willingness to help.
