Ip Lawyer For Our Barcelona Office

We are looking for a lawyer with approximately seven years experience in the field of intellectual property for our Barcelona office.

• Degree in Law. Member of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).
• Seven years experience in the Intellectual Property department of a law firm.
• Experience in extrajudicial and judicial proceedings (civil criminal and administrative) in different areas: trademarks designs copyright unfair competition business secrets with knowledge of patents also valued. Experience processing IP applications and registrations: suspensions oppositions appeals applications for nullity and revocation and other related procedures before the different IP offices and institutions at national EU and international level.
• Expertise managing and coordinating trademark and design portfolios.
• A very high level of English is essential.
