Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Support the definition and execution of time-tracking processes for tasks performed during vehicle preparation for crash tests in the Passive Safety department
- Analyze collected data and deliver actionable insights to optimize operational efficiency and resource allocation
- Collaborate on development projects with leading global automotive manufacturers contributing to innovation and continuous improvement
- Work cross-functionally with other technical departments to ensure alignment and integration across projects

Education
- Bachelors degree in industrial engineering or industrial Organization Engineering
- Masters degree in industrial Organization (highly valued)
Languages
- English: Medium to high proficiency (mandatory)
- Additional languages are a strong plus and will be positively considered
