Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and creative trainee to support our internal communication initiatives and contribute to building a strong corporate culture in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Draft news articles interviews and feature stories for internal audiences
- Manage internal communication channels including corporate intranet newsletters corporate emails and informative screens
- Collaborate on communication campaigns and corporate culture projects
- Support the organization of internal events (town halls engagement initiatives etc.)
- Assist in the creation of communication materials (presentations banners announcements)
- Collaborate with and support international offices in their local communication initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with diverse internal stakeholders across departments
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communication Journalism Marketing Public Relations or a related field
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Proactive creative and eager to learn and grow in corporate communication
- Strong interest in content creation and communication channel management
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms (intranet newsletters email campaigns) is a plus
- Conversational level of English (required)
