Estamos buscando un/a becario/a para unirse a nuestro equipo de Retail en nuestras oficinas de Madrid.

Responsabilidades de esta posición:

Brindar apoyo en la captación de locales comerciales.

Participar en la negociación de mandatos de comercialización siguiendo el manual de mandatos de la Compañía hasta su firma y elaborar propuestas de comercialización.

Apoyar en la elaboración de informes de comercialización para locales con mandato de comercialización.

Contribuir en la evaluación e identificación de los valores de mercado de los activos.

Ayudar en la captación de demanda y asesoramiento de planes de expansión para operadores del sector retail.

Acompañar en las visitas comerciales.

Brindar apoyo en el desarrollo del proceso de alquiler hasta el cierre de las operaciones.

Colaborar en el asesoramiento global en las fases de negociación de venta/alquiler.

Requisitos:

Posibilidad de firmar un convenio en prácticas con la universidad/escuela.

Nivel alto de inglés.

Nivel avanzado de Paquete Office muy importante Power Point y Excel

Grado o Diplomatura.

Aptitudes comerciales y atención al cliente.

Iniciativa y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
